团体认知行为治疗对青少年焦虑症状的干预效果初探 被引量:40

摘要 目的:探讨团体认知行为治疗对青少年焦虑症状的干预效果。方法:使用儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表(SCARED)儿童自我报告版筛查出焦虑症状评分高的中学生(得分≥25分)59名,随机分配进入干预组(n=29)或对照组(n=30)。对干预组使用团体认知行为治疗的方案进行10周(每周1.5 h)的干预,在此期间对照组不做任何干预(对照组在干预组10次干预结束后接受与干预组同样的团体认知行为治疗)。使用Spence's儿童焦虑量表-儿童版(SCAS-C)和儿童自动思维量表(CATS)对两组进行基线和10周干预后2次测量。结果:对SCAS-C评分的重复测量方差分析结果显示,测量时间与分组处理的交互作用有统计学意义[F(1,57)=8.12,P<0.05]。对CATS评分的重复测量方差分析结果显示,测量时间与分组处理的交互作用接近有统计学意义[F(1,57)=3.88,P=0.054]。干预组SCAS-C及CATS的10周干预后得分均低于基线得分[(28.2±11.3)vs.(35.4±15.8),(37.8±30.7)vs.(48.8±27.0);均P<0.05],而对照组干预前后得分差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:团体认知行为治疗可以有效减少青少年的焦虑症状。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of group cognitive-behavioral therapy for adolescents with higher anxiety symptoms.Methods:The Screen for Child Anxiety-Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED) of higher scores (≥25) was used to screen out 59 middle school students with anxiety symptoms,who were randomly assigned to the intervention group (n =29) and the control group (n =30).The intervention group was given group cognitive-behavioral therapy for 10 weeks (1.5 h weekly),while the control group without any intervention (the control group received the same therapy after the intervention group had completed the therapy).Participants in both groups completed a battery of measures including the Spence Children's Anxiety Scale-Child Version (SCAS-C) and Children's Automatic Thoughts Scale (CATS) at baseline and post-intervention level.Results:The repeatedmeasures ANOVA on SCAS-C scores showed that the interaction effect of time × group had statistical significance [F1,57) =8.12,P < 0.05],while the repeated-measures ANOVA on CATS scores showed that the interaction effect of time × group approached significance [F(1,57) =3.88,P =0.054].The intervention group had significant lower scores on SCAS-C and CATS after 10-week intervention compared with their scores on SCAS-C,CATS at baseline [(28.2 ± 11.3) vs.(35.4 ± 15.8),(37.8 ± 30.7) vs.(48.8 ± 27.0),Ps < 0.05],whereas the scores of those in the control group did not show any significant reduction(Ps > 0.05).Conclusions:Group cognitive-behavioral therapy could reduce the adolescent anxiety symptoms.
