摘要 目的探讨大鼠脑伏隔核的定位方法。方法利用脑定位图谱在前囟前1.28 mm和2.16 mm处插入穿刺针,注入亚甲蓝,取出大脑在10%甲醛中性液固定24 h,根据脑表亚甲蓝标记的部位取出该区间的脑组织,常规脱水、浸蜡、包埋、切片和HE染色。结果侧脑室底深入伏隔核,前连合被伏隔核核区包绕且染色较深,基底沟形状位置固定。结论利用侧脑室底、前连合和基底沟能够成功定位伏隔核。 [Objective] Objective To investigate the positioning methods of the nucleus accumbens in rats brain. Methods Using brain atlas to inser the needle at the site of 1.28 mm and 2.16 mm in front of Anterior fontanelle,inject the methylene blue, remove the brains and ifx it in 10%formalin neutral 24 h, then, remove the brain tissue of the brain acordig to the table under section labeled methylene blue parts, conventional dehydration, wax dipped, embedding, sectioning and HE staining. Results The bottom of Lateral ventricle depth at nucleus accumbens, the anterior commissure surrounded by the nucleus accumbens nucleus and dyed darker, in addition, the shape and position of cerebral sulcus are ifxed. Conclusion Using bottom of Lateral ventricle, anterior commissur and cerebral sulcus successfully locate the nucleus accumbens.
