摘要
医院正常工作的开展离不开医护人员的分工和协作,但由于种种原因,护士的离职比例要远高于医生,从而对医院的工作产生一定的影响。本文以此为出发点,对在岗医护人员的离职倾向进行调查和对比,以找出护士离职率过高的问题所在。
Medical workers labor division and cooperation is fundamental for running a hospital. But due to various reasons, the resign proportion of nurses is higher than doctors’, which thereby impact the running of the hospital. From this aspect, the resign inclination of nurses on guard was investigated and analyzed tofind out about the reason for high resign ratio.
