摘要
生产性服务业是21世纪发展最快的行业,其增长潜力大,产业关联度高,对产业结构优化、价值链层级提升和整体经济竞争力水平的提高具有举足轻重的作用。西方发达国家已将发展生产性服务业的置于战略高度,我国"十二五"规划纲要也明确提出"加快发展生产性服务业"。该文从产业、价值链和行业角度分析了生产性服务业的发展阶段,而后以我国京、津、沪、渝四大都市圈为例,阐释发展生产性服务业的四种模式,最后指明生产性服务业未来发展趋势。
Productive services has the highest speed of the development in the 21 century,its great potential of growth,and high association with industries,play a decisive role in optimization of the industrial structure,enhancement the level of the value chain and improvement the overall level of economic competitiveness.Western countries have placed it on the strategic height,China＇ s ＂Twelfth Five-Year plan＂also pointed out that ＂Accelerating the development of manufacture-oriented services industry. ＂This study analyzes the development of productive services from the three point of views： industry,value chain,and profession respectively,and then explains the development model of productive services through the four major metropolitan areas as examples,and finally indicates its future trends.
