摘要
电镀行车是电镀车间的主要设备,它事关整条电镀生产线的运行。通过将可编程逻辑控制器和变频器结合,减小电机启停时的电流冲击,避免行车定位不准确。该系统主要由硬件和软件两部分组成,可避免传统电镀行车的一些设计缺陷,提高自动化水平。
Travelling crane is the major equipment in electroplating process, which directly decides the operation state of electroplating production line. The current strike phenomenon and inaccuracy positioning condition caused by motor start-stop can be weakened and avoided by combining with programmable logic controller (PLC) and frequency converter. A system consisting two parts of hardware and software was introduced. Practical application showed that the system can avoid some design defect of traditional travelling crane, then the automation level was raised.
