摘要
对航空发动机高压涡轮叶片涂层清除工艺进行了研究,讨论了硝酸和氢氟酸的含量、温度以及酸洗时间对涂层清除的影响,确定了适宜的工艺条件:HNO3 380-410 g/L,HF 20-25 g/L,铁粉2-4 g/L,添加剂4 g/L,温度(40±1)°C,时间20 min。该工艺可以彻底清除航空发动机高压涡轮叶片表面的涂层,对基体影响较小,溶液寿命为每升酸液可洗5-6片高压涡轮叶片。
A process for removing the coatings on high pressure turbine blades of aero-engine was studied. The effects of nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid concentrations, temperature, and pickling time on coating removal were discussed. The suitable process conditions were determined as follows: HNO3 380-410 g/L, HF 20-25 g/L, iron powder 2-4 g/L, additive 4 g/L, temperature 40±1℃, and time 20 min. The coating on surface of aero-engine high-pressure turbine blades can be completely removed by the process with slight effect on the substrate. The service life of the pickling bath can be seen by the fact that per liter of acid solution is able to clean 5-6 pieces of high pressure turbine blade.
