摘要
为了控制SBS改性沥青的性能,针对其在生产过程中的剪切时间、剪切温度以及剪切速率等方面的问题,使用ESSO90#沥青为基质沥青,4303SBS为改性剂,利用三种不同的生产方法进行试验。结果表明:剪切时间与SBS改性剂的用量有关,一般在45min^2h,剪切温度在170℃~175℃之间,剪切速率6 000r·min-1,上述条件下SBS改性沥青的路用性能最佳。
In order to study the effect of shearing time, shearing temperature, shearing rate on the properties of SBS modified asphalt in the production process, the test was conducted on ESSO 90; matrix asphalt and 4303 SBS modifier. The results show that the shearing time relates to the amount of SI3S modified asphalt, generally varying from 45 minutes to 2 hours; the shearing temperature is between 170 ℃ and 175 ℃; the shearing rate is 6 000 r·min^-1. If so, the pavement performance of SBS modified asphalt reaches the best.
