摘要
热沉是环境模拟器中用来模拟冷黑环境的核心结构,热沉的温度均匀性是其最重要的技术指标之一。本文采用数值模拟方法,对小型热真空模拟器不锈钢板式热沉进行了热力学分析。模拟结果表明:不锈钢板式热沉具有换热效率高、温差均匀性好、冷剂用量少等优点,减小不锈钢板之间的距离可以提高热沉温度均匀性,而不同进出口布置形式对热沉壁面的温度均匀性影响较小。本文得到的模拟结果,对优化热沉结构、提高温度均匀性、减少冷剂使用量具有实际意义。
Heat sink is the core structure of environment simulator which is used to simulate the cold dark environment. The temperature uniformity of the heat sink is one of the most important technical specifications. Thermodynamic analysis was carried out for the stainless steel plate heat sink of small thermal vacuum simulator by numerical simulation. The result shows that the steel plate heat sink has high thermal efficiency, good temperature uniformity and less refrigerant consumption, etc. Reducing the distance between the two pieces of steel plate can improve the heat sink temperature uniformity and different arrangements of inlet and outlet of the heat sink have a little impact on the wall temperature uniformity. The result has practical significance for optimizing the structure of heat sink, improving the temperature uniformity and reducing refrigerant.
