摘要
为了提高太阳能焊接机的焊接精度和焊接速度,提出了基于机器视觉在线检测太阳能电池片缺陷的方法,以ARM处理器STM32F103RBT6作为图像处理芯片,设计了系统的硬件电路,采用行扫描像素点的方法处理图像。实验结果表明:系统具有计算速度快、效果好、稳定性高、成本低、实用性较强的特点,在太阳能单焊机上具有较高的应用价值。
In order to improve the precision and welding speed of the solar welding machine, a method based on machine vision is proposed which is used to detect the position error of the online solar cell. The hardware of the design takes ARM processor STM32F103RBT6 as the image processing chip. The method of line scanning pixel is applied to process the image. The experimental results show that the system has the characteristics such as quick computing speed, good effect, high stability, low cost, good practicability. It has better application value in the solar single welding machine .
