摘要
为解决包头国慧选煤厂存在的浮选精煤灰分偏高、尾煤灰分偏低的问题,对该选煤厂煤泥进行了粒度分析及浮选试验,发现煤泥中高灰细泥含量较高,且煤泥可浮性等级为极难浮。通过对煤泥进行浮选机与浮选柱浮选试验比较及探讨,提出浮选系统采用浮选柱一次粗选二次精选的方案。经预测,该厂浮选系统改造后每年可增加毛利润130万元,经济效益可观。
In order to solve the problem of the flotation concentrate ash content on the high side and tailings ash content on the high side in Baotou Guohui coal preparation plant,the particle size composition analysis and the flotation test were done no the coal slime of the plant, the test result shows that slime high ash of fine clay content is higher, and the slime flotability class is extremely difficult to float. Through to the coal slime flotation machine and the flotation column flotation test comparison and discussion, a scheme was proposed. In the scheme, flotation system adopts the first rougher and the second selection by flotation column. Economic forecasts show that the gross profit can increased by 1. 3 million Yuan per year after transformation of flotation system,the economic benefit of project is considerable.
