摘要
通过气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)测定番木瓜籽中的脂肪酸含量,用外标法与峰面积归一法两种方法,进行对比定量分析。木瓜籽脂肪酸种类丰富,以不饱和脂肪酸为主,木瓜籽中单不饱和脂肪酸为77.56%。木瓜籽中四种脂肪酸含量:油酸>棕榈酸>硬脂酸>亚油酸。
This article analyzed the fatty acid in papaya seed by GC-MS, comparing external standard method and peak area normalisation method to analyze quantitatively. There are different kinds of fatty acid in papaya seed. The main kind is unsaturated fatty acid. The papaya seed had 77.56 % unsaturated fatty acid. The content of the four fatty acids in papaya seed: oleie acid〉palmitic acid〉stearie acid〉linoleie acid.
