摘要
基于MATLAB/Simulink仿真平台,根据柴油机的实验数据,在平均值模型基础上,建立4190ZLC型增压中速柴油机动态仿真模型;并与原机实验数据进行对比,验证该仿真模型的正确性.最后利用该模型仿真分析柴油机在功率从20 k W到220 k W,燃油消耗率、涡轮出口温度、中冷后压力、中冷后进气温度、进气流量、扭矩随着功率变化的趋势.
Type 4190 ZLC turbocharged medium-speed diesel engine's dynamic simulation model was set up by using MATLAB / Simulink software based on the average model. The accuracy of the model was evaluated by comparing predicted results and those from experiments. The simulation analysis of diesel engine was conducted at a rated power range from 20 kW to 220 kW power. The fluctuation of output power was shown in terms of the specific fuel oil consumption( SFOC),the outlet temperature of the turbine side,the pressure and intake air temperature behind the air cooler,inlet air flow as well as torque.
