CIK细胞联合治疗恶性肿瘤的最新研究进展 被引量:15

摘要 近年来肿瘤免疫治疗受到广泛关注,不仅被Science杂志评为2013年十大科技突破之首,还被认为是继手术、放疗、化疗之后的第四大肿瘤治疗模式。过继细胞免疫治疗是众多肿瘤免疫疗法中的一种,将经体外处理的免疫细胞作为"活药物",其具有传统药物不可比拟的优势,被《科学转化医学》杂志评为继小分子药物和生物制品药物之后,生物医学领域的第三大支柱。
