摘要
为了更好认识大型整流装置实际使用中出现的问题,以国内某大型水电站一次可控硅击穿事故为例,分析励磁可控硅击穿导致整流柜烧毁事故起因、过程以及后续处理措施。根据现场设备受损情况和继保设备记录,分析判断出事故原因,并对预后措施进行了描述。
A rectifier cabinet burnout accident of the excitation system in the large generator unit in a hydropower station is studied, which is caused by breakdown of the excitation silicon controlled rectifier.Based on field investigation of the burned device and the recording data, the reasons, process and treatment measures of the accident are analyzed.
