摘要
目的分析患尖锐湿疣的性工作者人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的基因分型。方法该地区确诊为尖锐湿疣的性工作者78例,采用核酸分子快速杂交基因芯片技术对尖锐湿疣患者进行HPV分型检测。结果 78例患者中HPV-DNA阳性率88.5%(69/78),其中男性阳性率为97.8%(45/46),女性阳性率为75.0%(24/32),男性与女性的HPV-DNA阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.633,P<0.05)。69例HPV-DNA阳性标本总共检出10个HPV亚型,分别为6、11、18、16、53、58、31、52、39、33亚型,检出率最高的亚型为6型,其次为11亚型。69例HPV-DNA阳性标本中,单一亚型感染43例,占62.3%;2个亚型感染(二重感染)26例,占37.7%。45例男性HPV-DNA阳性标本中二重感染12例,占26.7%;24例女性HPV-DNA阳性标本中二重感染14例,占58.3%,不同性别的HPV-DNA阳性标本二重感染所占比例比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.693,P<0.05)。结论该地区患尖锐湿疣的性工作者人乳头瘤病毒基因分型以低危型6型、11型为主。
Objective To analyze the result of human papillomavirus(HPV) genotype in sex workers with condyloma acuminaturn(CA). Methods HPV genotype were detected in 78 sex workers with CA by rapid nucleic acid molecule microarray hybridiza- tion. Results The positive rate of HPV-DNA was 88.5%(69/78),and the positive rate of HPV-DNA in males [97.8%(45/46)] was significant different(χ2 = 9. 633, P〈0.05) compared with that in females [75.0% (24/32)3. A total of 10 subtypes (6,11,18, 16,53,58,31,52,39,33 type) were detected in 69 positive samples, the high positive rate was subtype 6, followed by subtypell. There were 43 (62.3 % ) patients with single infection and 26 (37.7%)patients with two kinds of subtypes infection in 69 patients. 26.7% (12/44)of male patients and 58.3% (14/24)of female patients were infected by two kinds of subtypes,the infection rates of two kinds of subtypes in different gender had significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion The major of HPV gene-type in Knmingwere low-risk types 6 and 11.
