摘要
在概括总结了高速加工技术特点和关键技术的基础上,分析了高速加工各个关键技术的应用及发展状况,重点从高速加工技术的机床制造、刀具材料和刀具制备以及高速切削的冷却与润滑等方面论述了高速加工技术的应用和发展,总结了高速加工技术在制造业的应用现状和面临的难题,最后指出了高速加工技术的发展趋势以及其存在的技术难点。
On the basis of summarizing the key technology of high-speed machining, analyzed the application and development of key technologies on high-speed machining, discussed the application and development in high-speed machining technologies which includes manufacturer of high-speed machine, the material of cutting tools and the manufacturer of cutting tools, the coolant and lubrication of cutting tool, and summarized the application status and problems of high-speed machining technologies on manufacturing sector. Finally, the technical difficulties and the development trend of high-speed ma- chining technology were proposed.
