摘要
研究了高光蒸汽模注射成型工艺和模具结构,采用饱和蒸汽作为加热介质,冷却水作为冷却介质,实现了低能耗和高效率生产,并以一款壁挂式空调面板为例,说明采用高光蒸汽模具结构设计解决了可见熔接痕、流痕和浮纤等缺陷问题,提高了产品质量和模具寿命。
Injection technology and mould structure of high gloss steam mould were studied in the paper, realized low energy consumption and high production efficiency with saturated steam for heating medium and cold water for cooling medi urn. Taking air conditioning panel for example, high light steam mould structure design can solve these defects, such as visi- ble weld marks, flow marks and fiber floating and so on, which improved the product's quality and mould life.
