为避免304不锈钢外壳拉深成形缺陷,结合零件成形的特点,详细分析了成形缺陷产生的原因,采用理论计算、试模修正、模拟分析等手段提出合理的成形工艺方案,有效地控制板料的受力与流动,在实施改进措施后,得到了高质量的成形零件,满足了生产需求。
In order to avoid the defect in drawing a shell made by 304 stainless steel, the defect cause was analyzed and a reasonable forming process scheme was formed after theo- retical calculation, tryout and repair, and simulation analysis. The stress and flow of sheet metal were thus controlled effectively and the high quality stainless steel shell was obtained.
