摘要
针对已有的输变电铁塔在新使用条件下不能满足在负荷条件下安全工作的状况,文章对铁塔结构提出了多种加固方案,建立了铁塔结构的梁-桁混合力学模型,并采用有限元法对各种加固方案进行应力强度计算和局部稳定性分析;依据设计规范讨论了铁塔结构承载力薄弱部分在加固后的力学性能,并给出了加固杆件的设计及节点连接方式的构造措施,从而获得了满足铁塔结构在新使用条件下的加固方案。
Because the existing transmission tower can not meet security requirements in new service cases,some strengthening schemes for the tower structure are proposed in this paper.The beam-truss mechanical model of the tower is established by using the finite element method.Then the stress strength and structural stability analysis of the tower for the proposed strengthening schemes are done.According to the design specification of transmission tower,the mechanical properties of the weak parts of tower structure after applying several strengthening schemes are respectively discussed by the finite element analysis.Moreover,the design for the reinforcing truss and the construction form of the node connection part are given,thus making the strengthened tower work in the new conditions of use.
