摘要
目的:探讨64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像在心肌桥监测中的价值。方法:回顾性分析265例CT冠状动脉成像病例,评估心肌桥的发生率、部位、厚度、壁冠状动脉长度及狭窄程度。结果:心肌桥共检出48例,检出率为18.1%,其中左前降支40例,占83.3%,心肌桥厚度为0.4~l3.1mm,平均厚度为1.9mm,壁冠状动脉长度为12~42mm,平均25mm。结论:64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像能清晰准确显示壁冠状动脉与心肌的解剖关系,心肌桥检出率高,是较为准确诊断心肌桥的方法。
Purpose: To discuss the value of 64-row spiral CT coronary artery imaging in detection of myocardial bridge. Methods: Two hundreds and sixty-five cases of patients who had undergone coronary artery CTA were retrospectively analyzed. The incidence, location, thickness, length and degree of stenosis of mural coronary artery of the myocardial bridges were assessed. Results: Myocardial bridges were detected in 48 cases, the detection rate was 18.1%, the locations of them were in the anterior descending branches in 40 cases, accounted for 83.3%, the thickness of myocardial bridge was 0.4ram to 13.1 mm, with average thickness of 1.9ram, the length of mural coronary artery was 12 mm to 42 ram, with average of 25 ram. Conclusion: 64-row spiral CT coronary artery imaging can display exactly anatomy relationship of mural coronary artery and myocardial structure with high detection rate, and can be taken as an accurate diagnosis method for myocardial bridge.
