前列腺癌灶ADC值与手术标本Gleason分级及Ki-67的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 评价前列腺癌灶观扩散系数(ADC)值与手术标本Gleason分级(GS)及Ki-67的相关性,考察其预测前列腺癌侵袭性的作用.方法 先后行术前前列腺弥散加权磁共振图像(DWI)检查及前列腺癌根治术,且标本作常规病理切片及免疫组织化学检查的患者23例.以前列腺癌根治术标本为参考,测量前列腺癌灶的ADC值,应用Pearson相关分析考察病灶ADC值与前列腺癌根治术标本GS评分及Ki-67的相关性.结果 共计29处前列腺癌病灶纳入研究,中位GS评分4+4(3+3~5+5),Ki-67 4% ~30%(13.4±9.0)%,ADC值0.62~ 1.06(0.82 ±0.22)×10-3 mm2/s.前列腺癌灶ADC值与标本GS评分呈负相关(P<0.05),GS评分平均上升一级,ADC降0.058×10-3 mm2/s,但ADC值与Ki-67无明显相关.结论 前列腺病灶的ADC值可协助预测前列腺癌侵袭性.
