摘要
高炉炉皮一般在冷却壁不换的情况下,只是进行挖补,国内更换数量较多的炉皮冷却壁时常用方法是利用中修和大修时从炉内设吊盘更换。本次水钢1#高炉炉皮冷却壁检修有十多处需要更换,是我公司第一次对多处炉皮及冷却壁进行更换施工,由于工期紧、难度大对我公司是一次很大的考验。水钢赛德建设公司为减少高炉的停炉时间,经过多方研究、讨论,多次修改了施工方案及施工网络,采用了“分段分块同时拆除旧冷却壁,整体安装新炉皮和冷却壁”的施工方案。在给排水管道施工中实行”施工前精确测量、加工及组装,拆除安装实行拆除一根安装一根”的方案,这样的施工方法大大缩短了冷却壁及给排水管道的更换时间,为1#高炉提前完成检修任务恢复生产创造了条件。
If cooling stave of blast furnace is not replaced, shell of blast furnace is generally mended by only replacing a damaged part. 1 blast furnace in Shuigang. there were more than 10 parts to replace, which was the first time for our company to replace many parts of shell and cooling stave of blast furnace and a severe test of our company due to limited time and operational difficulty. In order to shorten blowing- down time of blast furnace, by studying and discussing and improving programs of maintenance, our company took the programs such as dismantling old cooling stave in pieces and integrally installing new shell and cooling stave. In replacing water supply and drainage pipe, our company took the pro- grams such as accurate measurement and processing and assembly before construction and dismantling and installing one by one, which greatly shortened replacing time of coohng stave and water supply and drainage pipe and created conditions to finish main tenance of N o.1 blast furnace ahead of time.
