摘要
目的探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)及成纤维生长因子受体1(fibroblast growth factor receptors,FGFR1)在肺鳞癌组织中的表达及临床意义,并分析bFGF与FGFR1两者表达之间的联系。方法用免疫组织化学方法(Ultra Sensitive SP法)检测136例肺鳞癌和115例正常肺组织中bFGF、FGFR1的表达。通过单因素分析对9项潜在的可能影响肺鳞癌组织中bFGF、FGFR1表达的临床病理因素进行统计学分析。结果 bFGF、FGFR1在正常肺组织中均不表达;肺鳞癌组织中bFGF、FGFR1的阳性表达率分别为72.06%和80.15%,与正常肺组织比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。bFGF、FGFR1两者共同阳性表达率为52.94%,其表达阳性程度呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。bFGF表达与肺癌分化程度、淋巴结癌转移、血管浸润和远处器官癌转移有关(P<0.05),FGFR1表达与肺癌分化程度、淋巴结癌转移、FNM分期、血管浸润和远处器官癌转移有关(P<0.05)。结论联合检测bFGF、FGFR1有助于肺癌病理分级、分期和预后判断。bFGF、FGFR1可作为肺癌早期诊断、判定恶性程度和判断预后的新指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of bFGF and FGFR1 in squamous-cell lung cancer (SCLC) and its significance, analyze the correlation between bFGF and FGFR1. Methods The expression of bFGF and FGFR1 was detected by Ultra Senstive SP method in 136 cases of SCLC and 115 cases of normal Lung tissue samples. Nine potential clinicopathological factors influencing the expression of bFGF and FGFR1 in SCLC were assessed by univariate analysis. Results No expression of bFGF and FGFR1 was detectable in normal lung tissues. The positive rate of the bFGF and FGFR1 expression was 72. 06 % and 80. 15 % in SCLC. The Common expression rate of bFGF and FGFR1 was 52. 94% in SCLC,and there was a positive correlation between the positive expression of bFGF and FGF1 ( P〈0 . 05 ) . The expression of bFGF is in con_nection with differentiation, lymphaden metastasis, vascular invasion and distant organ metastasis ( P〈0. 05). The expression of FGFR1 is connected with differentiation, lymphaden metastasis, TNM-staging, vascular invasion and distant organ metastasis(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Combined detection of bFGF and FG_FR1 is helpful to the pathological grading,staging and the judgment of prognosis. It suggests that bFGF and FGFR1 may become a new target for early diagnosis,the determination of malignant degree and prognosis e_valuation of SCLC.
