脑心清片对冠心病心绞痛患者PCI术后的安全性及VEGF,hs-CRP的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨脑心清片对冠心病患者PCI术后的安全性及VEGF,hs-CRP的影响。方法将在该院接受治疗的冠心病心绞痛并行PCI术后84例患者随机均分成治疗组和对照组,两组均给予常规药物治疗,治疗组在此基础上服用脑心清片,治疗8周后,比较两组心绞痛疗效、不良心血管事件以及血清VEGF和hs-CRP水平。结果两组VEGF以及hs-CRP水平较治疗前相比均明显下降(P<0.05);治疗组心绞痛疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良心血管事件发生率相互比较差异无统计学意义。结论脑心清片对冠心病患者PCI术后有较好的临床疗效,其作用机理可能与降低VEGF,hs-CRP的表达水平有关。
