小儿先天性心脏病中彩超多普勒应用价值分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析彩超多普勒在小儿先天性心脏病诊断中的应用。方法收集2012年3月—2014年3月该院收治的104例小儿先天性心脏病患儿临床资料,按照不同的诊断方法,将患儿分为观察组与对照组。对照组52例患儿行X线影像学检查,观察组52例患儿实施彩超多普勒诊断,最后分析两组患儿的临床诊断结果。结果观察组患儿检出室间隔缺、房间隔缺损、动脉导管未闭、法洛氏四联征、肺动脉狭窄等总诊断率为96.15%,明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.49,P<0.05)。结论彩超多普勒诊断无创检查,具有操作简单、诊断快速、安全可靠等优势,可确保小儿先天性心脏病较高的准确率,值得临床推广。 Objective To analyze the value of color Doppler ultrasound applied to the diagnosis of congenital heart disease in children. Methods 104 children with congenital heart disease admitted in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 were selected. And according to different diagnostic method, the children were divided into the observation group and the control group. 52 cases in the control group underwent X-ray imaging examination, and 52 cases in the observation group underwent color Doppler ultrasound. And the clinical diagnosis results of the two groups were analyzed. Results The overall diagnosis rate of ventricular septal defect, atrial septal defect, patent ductus arteriosus, tetralogy of fallot, pulmonary stenosis and so on was 96.15%, much higher than 75.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(x2= 8.49, P〈0.05). Conclusion The accuracy rate of color Doppler ultrasound for the diagnosis of children with congenital heart disease is high for it is noninvasive, easy to operate, safe, reliable and can diagnose the disease rapidly, therefore it is worthy of clinical promotion.
