高尿酸血症鸡行为和与舌质与中医证候行为学关联性随机平行对照研究

Study on the Relationship Between Hyperuricemia Chicken Random Parallel Control Behavior and Tongue and TCM Syndromes in Behavior

摘要 [目的]观察高尿酸血症鸡行为与舌质与中医证候行为学关联性。[方法]将40只100d鸡龄100d雄性罗曼蛋鸡按体重编号使用随机数字表法随机分两组。罗曼蛋鸡适应性饲养3~5d,正常组20只自由摄取普通鸡饲料,模型组20只造模饲料诱导动物高尿酸血症,30g/只·d-1,食后补充普通饲料,自由饮水,饲喂造模剂周期112d,之后予正常饲料,继续观察28d。分别于干预前、实验第84、112、140d,鸡翅静脉取血(取血前12h禁食、不禁水)。实验第84d观测行为表现:中央格停留时间、走格数、伸颈次数、啄嘴次数、飞行次数、刨地次数、抖翅次数、理毛次数、鸣叫次数、排便次数;实验第112d及停止造模第28d观测舌质变化(不同颜色舌质部位面积及面积比、光密度值及平均光密度值);动物血清(UA、TG、GLU水平)。[结果]血清UA、TG水平:实验第112d(造模后)模型组高于正常组(P〈0.05),实验第140d(停用造模剂后第28d),两组无明显差异(P〉0.05)。实验第84d,伸颈次数模型组比正常组显著增多(P〈0.01);中央格停留时间总平均值模型组高于正常组(P〈0.01),表明正常组鸡活动意识较强,主动运动性较好;走格数总平均值模型组低于正常组(P〈0.01),表明模型组动物走动力较正常组弱;啄嘴次数、刨地次数、抖翅次数、理毛次数、鸣叫次数、飞行次数、排便次数两组无明显差异(P〉0.05)。实验第84d,两组动物舌质形态均无明显变化,但模型组舌质颜色主要显示为暗紫色与淡白色两种,分别占总数的11/20、8/20,正常组舌质以红色为主。实验第140d(造模第112d,停止造模4周),两组动物舌质形态均无显著差别(P〉0.05);模型组红(紫)舌面积/白舌面积比值仍明显高于正常组(P〈0.05),平均光密度值模型组明显低于正常组(P〈0.05)。[结论]高尿酸血症鸡行为与舌质与中医证候行为学描述吻合。 [Objective] To observe the behavior of hyperuricemia chicken and tongue and TCM syndromes in behavioral relevance. [Methods] 40 100 d old 100 d male chicken Lohmann according to the weight number using a random number table method were randomly divided into two groups. Luo Man layer adaptive feeding for 3 ~ 5D, 20 rats in normal group free intake of ordinary chicken feed, model group 20 model rats induced by hyperuricemia animal feed, 30g/ only, D-1, added free drinking ordinary feed, food, feeding molding agent period after 112 d, to observe the normal feed, 28 d to continue. Before the intervention, respectively in experiment eighty-fourth, 112, 140 d, chicken wings to venous blood(blood was taken before 12 h fasting, but water). The 84 d observation experiment of the central cell residence time, go a number of squares, stretched his neck, beaks, flight number number number, number, number of digging the ground shaking wings, grooming, chirps, defecation frequency; experimental section 112 d and stop making die section 28 d observation tongue(tongue positions change different color area and area than, the value of optical density and average optical density value); animal serum(UA, TG, GLU). [Results] The serum UA, TG levels: experimental section 112d(after modeling) model group than those in the normal group(P〈0.05), the experimental section 140d(disable molding agent 28d), no significant difference between the two groups(P〉0.05). The experimental 84 d, stretched his neck, the number of model group than in the normal control group increased significantly(P〈0.01); the central cell residence time average value model group was higher than that in the normal group(P〈 0.01), show that the normal group chicken activity consciousness is strong, active movement is better; the total number of moving squares mean value model group than that in the normal group(P〈0.01), showed that the model group animals take power weaker than the normal group; the number of times beaks, planing, shaking wings times, grooming, chirps, flight number, the number of defecation had no difference between the two groups(P〉0.05). The experimental 84 d, two groups of animals the tongue shape had no obvious change, but the model group tongue color mainly displayed as dark purple and pale white two, accounted for 11/20, 8/20, the normal group mainly red tongue. The experimental section 140d(modeling the 112 d, stop making mold 4 weeks), two groups of animals the tongue shape and had no significant difference(P〉0.05); the model group red(purple) tongue area / tongue area ratio remained significantly higher than normal group(P〈0.05), the average optical density value of model group was significantly lower than that in normal group(P〈0.05). [Conclusion] Hyperuricemia chicken behavior and tongue and TCM syndromes in behavioral description anastomosis.
