利用教师评价体系的建立监督教师师德的提高

摘要 在教育部门三令五申下,学校公开补课的现象虽然少了,但老师家里的小灶式补课之风却愈演愈烈。一些老师为了"创收",竟然将课堂上的精髓保留到给学生补课时去"传授"。该文利用教师评价体系来提高教师的教学质量,反馈学生的心声,提高学校教务管理能力的系统。会针对各专业所授课程及教师的评价结果,直观的统计出每位教师的综合能力,监督教师师德师风的提高。
