摘要
多元化的养老服务供给模式不仅是发达国家养老服务发展的主要趋势,也是未来我国社区居家养老服务的发展方向。社会企业作为现代社会的新型非营利组织,在解决社区养老服务的问题上具有一定的优势,但是,我国社区居家服务供给严重不足,供给主体单一,政府成为主要提供者。政府应主导养老社会企业的全方位发展。
The diversified supply mode of pension services is not only the main trend in the developed countries but also the right direction of our country＇s community home-based pension services in the future. Social enterprises, as a new type of non-profit organization in modern society, have a certain advantage of dealing with the problems of community pension services. However,there is a serious shortage of home-based pension services supply in our country with the main provider being only the government. As a result, the article tries to analyze the reasons for the lack of community home-based pension services through questionnaire and interviews, and countermeasures are put forward correspondingly.
