工商研合作是烟叶基地单元建设的基础,通过工业主导,商业主体,科研主力,工、商、研共同开发,合作共建,加强管理、宣贯标准化生产,加强基础设施建设,提升了基础设施水平,完善了服务体系,提高了烟叶质量。生产的烟叶更加符合工业企业的需求。
Industry,commerce and institute cooperation is the basis for the construction of the tobacco base unit. Combining industry commerce and institute strengthens management,publicizes standardized production and strengthens infrastructure construction to enhance infrastructure level,perfect the service system and improve the quality of tobacco. In this way,tobacco production is more in line with the needs of industrial enterprises.
