摘要
选择科学合理的检修策略对于提高通信设备的安全性和可靠性是非常重要的。首先介绍了RCM理论及其分析过程,探讨了RCM理论应用于通信系统的可行性,提出了一个适用于通信设备检修的简化的RCM理论模型,并以卫星通信设备检修为例,详细介绍了该模型应用于通信系统的具体流程,即收集设备相关情况、确定重要设备、进行故障模式分析和影响分析、确定预防性维修工作类型,形成检修策略。实践证明,这个简化的RCM理论模型在通信设备检修中是适用的,并且取得了较好的经济效益。
It is very important to choose scientific and rational maintenance strategy to improve safety and reliability of communication equipments. RCM theory and its analysis process are introduced. The feasibility that RCM theory is applied to communication domain is researched. A simplified RCM theory model appropriate for communication equipment maintenance is proposed. Taking the maintenance of a satellite communication equipment as an example,the process of the model applied to communication system is introduced in detail,which includes collection of device related case,determination of important equipments,analysis of failure mode and effect,determination of preventive maintenance work type,formation of maintenance strategy. Practice application proves that the simplified theory model is suitable for communication equipment maintenance,and has got a better economic benefit.
