摘要
包括数控铣床在内的数控机床传统设计是建立在物理样机上的,研发成本高,开发周期长,基于大型三维仿真软件UG对数控铣床进行数字化设计与虚拟仿真,大大缩短产品开发周期,从而提高生产效率。利用UG可对数控铣床进行计算机辅助设计,有限元分析和计算机辅助制造,方便清楚地验证了数控铣床设计合理性,以鼠标外壳的数控加工仿真为例简单介绍数控铣床的仿真过程。
The traditional design of CNC machine tools,including CNC milling machine,is based on physical prototype, which has high development cost and long development cycle. The digitization design and virtual simulation for CNC milling machine were conducted based on a large 3-D simulation software UG,which greatly shortened the product development cycle and improved the production efficiency. The computer aided design,finite element analysis and computer aided manufacturing of CNC milling machine can be realized with UG. The rationality of the CNC milling machine design was verified. The simulation process of CNC milling machine is briefly introduced by taking CNC machining simulation of a mouse shell as an example.
