摘要
目的:探讨妇产科腹部手术患者的护理方法及效果。方法:将腹部手术患者100例随机分为护理干预组和常规护理组各50例。常规护理组实施常规护理,护理干预组在常规护理的基础上实施护理干预(包括心理干预、疼痛干预等),比较2组患者的护理质量、疼痛评分以及汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分。结果:护理干预组护理质量评分优于常规护理组。疼痛评分:常规护理组术后疼痛17例(轻微疼痛5例,疼痛8例,重度疼痛4例),护理干预组术后疼痛6例(轻微疼痛3例,疼痛2例,重度疼痛1例),2组比较差异有统计学意义;汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分:护理前,2组患者的评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理治疗后,2组患者的评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在妇产科腹部手术患者的临床护理过程中,疼痛干预、心理干预等措施可有效减轻患者疼痛,缓解患者紧张焦虑情绪,有利于护理质量的提高及患者的预后康复。
Objective： To explore the nursing methods and effects for patients undergoing abdominal operation in the department of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods： The 100 patients with abdominal surgeries were random- ized into the intervention group and the convention group with 50 cases in each. The convention group were given the traditional intervention, while the intervention group based on the treatment like the convention group were added psychological and pain intervention. The comparison of nursing quality, pain scores and anxiety scores evalu- ated by HAMA were carried out in the research. Results： The nursing quality in the intervention group was superior to the convention group. Pain scores： the patients suffering from pain after operation in the convention group were 17 （including 5 cases of mild pain, 8 of pain and 1 of severe pain） while in the intervention group were 6 （including 3 cases of mild pain, 2 of pain and 1 of severe pain）, the differences in the two groups had statistical meaning; the HAMA scores： the comparison of the scores between the two groups before intervention showed no statistical mean- ing （P〉0.05） while it had statistical meaning after intervention. Conclusion： In the clinical nursing process for pa- tients undergoing the abdominal surgery, the pain and psychological interventions were effective in alleviating the patients＇ pain and easing their nervous and anxious mood to improve the nursing quality and better their prognosis.
