神经节苷脂联合鼠神经生长因子治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病70例疗效观察 被引量:26

Clinical efficacy of ganglioside combined with mouse nerve growth factor in the treatment of 70 cases of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy

摘要 目的探讨神经节苷脂联合鼠神经生长因子治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月至2014年1月间于我院进行确诊治疗的新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿140例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组各70例,对照组接受常规治疗,实验组则在常规治疗的基础上采用神经节苷脂联合鼠神经生长因子的干预治疗,治疗周期结束后,比较两组患儿的临床症状改善状况,并分别于治疗第14天、6个月时对两组患者进行心理运动发育指数(PDI)与智力发育指数(MDI)状况评分。结果实验组患儿有12例症状有效改善,48例显性缓解,而NBBA评分为(36.23±3.12)分,MDI评分为(82.41±3.45)分,PDI评分为(82.56±6.87)分,各组统计结果明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经节苷脂联合鼠神经生长因子及早期干预治疗方式可以明显改善新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病临床不良症状,且术后各项功能恢复更优,降低后遗症发生率,可适当临床推广。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ganglioside combined with mouse nerve growth factor in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.Methods One hundred and forty children diagnosed as neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected as research objects,which were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,each with 70 patients.The control group received routine treatment,while the experimental group received early intervention treatment of neural ganglioside combined with mouse nerve growth factor based on routine treatment.After treatment,the improvements of clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared.The psychomotor development index(PDI)and the mental development index(MDI) were evaluated 14 d,6 months after treatment.Results In the experimental group,12 children had improved symptoms and 48 had relieved symptoms,with NBBA score of(36.23±3.12),MDI score of(82.41 ± 3.45) and PDI score of(82.56 ± 6.87).All the indexes in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The ganglioside combined with mouse nerve growth factor can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,with better recovery and reduced incidence of sequelae,which may be appropriate for clinical application.
