面向返工量变化的产品设计过程分析与优化

Analysis and optimization of product design process considering the change of rework amount

摘要 产品设计过程中的返工导致产品开发成本和时间的增加。为了减少设计迭代、缩短设计时间、降低成本,应用设计结构矩阵(DSM)方法建立产品设计活动之间的关系依赖矩阵,构建考虑返工量变化的设计过程多目标优化函数,并采用遗传算法对函数模型进行优化求解,最后通过算例验证了该方法的有效性。 Rework in product design process increases the cost and time of product development.By using design structure matrix to analyze the relations of design activities,a multi-objective optimization model for product design process considering the change of rework amount is established to reduce design iterations,time and cost.The function model is solved by genetic algorithm.The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by a case.
