摘要
结合湖北省某电站混流式水轮发电机组实际安装与运行情况,运用Solidworks软件进行零部件三维建模,并利用Solidworks自带的组装和爆破等功能进行动画制作,最后通过Dreamweaver网页制作平台开发了混流式水轮发电机组网络化虚拟安装与检修培训系统。该系统以动画形式展示了蜗壳、尾水管等零部件模型,以及水轮发电机组安装与拆装过程。解决了水电机组因结构庞大、复杂而不易实地学习等难题,为入职人员岗前培训及高校相关专业人才培养提供便捷,同时为科研人员深入研究水轮发电机组结构性能提供参考。
The combination with actual installation and operation of a francis turbine generator set in a power plant of Hubei Province,using Solidworks software to built three-dimensional modeling of parts and using Solidworks assembly and comes with features such blasting animation,and finally through the Dreamweaver web authoring platform developed a Francis turbine generator set of network installation and maintenance of virtual training systems.The system shows the animated scroll,tail pipes and other parts of the model,as well as hydro-generating unit installation and disassembly process.Solve the hydropower units due to the huge structure,complex and difficult field study and other problems,to provide convenient pre-service training for recruits and college related professional training,as well as provides reference for researchers to study group structure hydro performance in-depth.
