摘要
建筑工程地下结构施工时,因施工工艺的需要,施工时常会产生大量的废弃泥浆,常规自然沉淀处理方法不可避免的对环境造成了不同程度的污染。对建筑施工废弃泥浆处理技术进行了分析研究,提出了振筛分离泥浆沉淀净化再生利用技术,介绍了其工艺原理、流程、设施和实施步骤,并在工程实例中进行了应用,取得了较好的环保效果和社会经济效益,对类似工程具有一定指导和借鉴作用。
During the construction of the underground structures for buildings, large amounts of waste mud is often produced because of the needs of the construction processes, and treating it in traditional ways will inevitably lead to environmental pollu- tion to different extents. Upon the basis of analyzing and studying the techniques for treating waste mud from construction, the recycling technique of separation with vibration sieves after sedimentation/purification is proposed in the paper, with the princi- ple and procedure of its process, the equipment needed and the implementing steps introduced. Also introduced in the paper are the practical applications of the method to projects, with very good effects in both environmental protection and social and eco- nomic benefits. The paper may serve as a useful reference for other similar projects.
