协同护理模式在人工全髋关节置换术病人中的应用及护理 被引量：41

摘要 [目的]探讨协同护理模式在人工全髋关节置换术病人中的应用效果及护理方法。[方法]选择衡阳市某三级甲等医院行人工全髋关节置换术病人40例,接受协同护理干预团队的各项指导。采用髋关节功能 Harris评分及抑郁自评量表（SDS）评价病人出院3个月时髋关节功能情况及心理状况。[结果]病人 Harris评分90分-100分（优）17例,80分-89分（良）21例,70分-79分（中）2例,优良率为95%；SDS评分指数显示病人均无抑郁；住院期间病人均未发生并发症。[结论]将协同护理模式应用于人工全髋关节置换术病人的护理中,在协同护理干预团队的指导下,可以使病人顺利渡过手术期,尽快恢复髋关节功能。
