摘要
摊铺机熨平板防爬防降技术是其解决施工压痕的重要手段,但当前并没有从数值角度说明防爬时间与行驶速度之间的关系得研究。立足于通过多组试验样本的整理,寻找以上方面的数值关系,通过数据发现:行驶速度越慢,熨平板防爬时间越长;速度越快,防爬时间越短,国内产品防爬时间跨度长,曲线陡。试验数据为摊铺机的设计与技术提升提供了参考。
Paver screed anti climbing fall proof technique is an important means to solve the construction of the indentation,but has no current from the numerical point of view that to study the relationship between anti climbing time and speed. Based on the test sample finishing, find the numerical relationship between the above areas,through the data found that: speed is slower,screed anti climbing longer;the faster the speed,anti climbing time shorter,domestic products anti climbing a long time span,the curve is steep. Provides reference to enhance the design and technology of test data for paver.
