旋芯雾化喷嘴流场特性的数值模拟 被引量:3

摘要 为了进一步提高直通喷嘴的雾化效果,确定喷嘴内置装置对喷嘴内部流场的影响,在同一个直通喷嘴内部加入一个内置旋芯装置,对这两种喷嘴在相同的流体介质、相同的进口速度和相同的出口压力条件下做了相应的数值模拟。 To improve the effect of the spray nozzle and explore the influence of the internal flow field for nozzle built-in structure,In view of the specific structure nozzle and built-in distributor device,numerical simulation was taken with straight nozzle and distributor nozzle under the same fluid,inlet velocity and outlet pressure.
