摘要
汽车的设计开发是一个庞大的项目,由于涉及到的专业知识领域较广、需要设计开发和集成的零部件数量众多,汽车整车的开发周期较长,在此期间各类问题层出不穷。如何进行问题管理和充分发挥问题管理的作用,就成为摆在项目管理工作者面前的挑战。从实践经验中总结出几点意见,逐一探讨在汽车设计开发中如何发挥问题管理的作用,为汽车设计开发解决实际问题提供有利的指导。
Automobile design development is a huge project. Various issues will emerge in endlessly for the mean time because relative professional knowledge field is wide,the quantity of the parts that need to be designed,developed and integrated is so many,and the automobile developing period is long. It is a challenge in front of project management that how to manage and give full play to the role of the problem management. Some opinions which are summarized from practical experience,discuss how to play the role of problem management one by one during automobile design development in order to provide the advantageous direction for solving its practical issues.
