摘要
针对目前国内液槽加热器的存在现状,设计了一套顶置式的燃气全预混燃烧液槽加热系统,将加热浸管改造为可拆卸移动的箱状吊装入液槽内,解决了改造老式液槽(特别是非金属液槽)需在侧面液位下方开孔的难题,优化了燃气液槽加热器的结构,保证了其更为便捷可移动的效果。对样机进行了测试,分析了在某功率不同过剩空气系数下的CO和NOx排放量等实验数据,为进一步研究和设计金属纤维燃气全预混小功率液槽加热系统打下良好基础。
Based on the current situation of heating liquor tank in China, a heating system of overhead liquor tank with fully pre-mixed gas combustion has been designed. The prototype has been tested and the experimental datum of CO and NOX at different excess air ratio have been analyzed., which lays a good foundation for advanced study and design for the small power heating system of liquor tank with fully pre-mixed metal fiber burner.
