摘要
采用响应面分析法优化葡萄叶中白藜芦醇的提取条件,在单因素实验基础上,采用Box-Behnken中心组合设计原理研究乙醇体积分数、液固比和浸提温度3个因素对白藜芦醇提取量的影响,得出白藜芦醇的最佳提取条件为:乙醇体积分数为46%,液固比为23 m L/g,提取温度为62℃。在此条件下白藜芦醇提取量的预测值为47.55μg/g,实测值为47.96μg/g。
Response surface methodology( RSM) was applied to optimize the extraction conditions of resveratrol from grape leaves. On the basis of single factor experiments,the influence of ethanol concentration,ratio of liquid to solid and extraction temperature on the extraction yield of resveratrol were investigated based on Box-Behnken central composite design. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows: ethanol concentration of 46%,liquid to solid ratio of 23 m L / g and extraction temperature of 62 ℃. Under the optimized conditions,the predicted value of concentration of resveratrol was 47. 55 μg / g and the measured value was 47. 96 μg / g.
