摘要
为研究Zn O-Nb2O5-Te O2亚碲酸盐玻璃组成对玻璃性能的影响,采用熔融法制备了不同摩尔百分含量Zn O(0 mol%,2 mol%,4 mol%,6 mol%,8 mol%)的Zn O-Nb2O5-Te O2亚碲酸盐玻璃.利用拉曼光谱仪、红外吸收光谱仪、DTA差热分析仪等手段对玻璃样品进行了表征.研究表明:当Zn O的掺量为4mol%时,亚碲酸盐玻璃的玻璃化温度Tg最低;表观密度和折射率都达到最大值.Te O2、Nb2O5以及OH基在玻璃体中存在形式的不同是Zn O-Nb2O5-Te O2亚碲酸盐玻璃性能变化的主要原因.研究结论为稀有金属掺杂亚碲酸盐玻璃领域的研究提供了可行的研究思路.
In order to study the influences of ZnO-Nb2O5-TeO2 glass concentration on its properties, ZnO-Nb2O5-TeO2 glass with different content of ZnO(0 mol%, 2 mol%, 4 mol%, 6 mol% and 8 mol%)was prepared with melting method. The glass sample was characterized by using Raman spectra, infrared spectra and differential thermal analyzer(DTA) analysis means. The result of study shows that the glass transition temperature is minimum, and apparent density and refractive index is maximum when ZnO concentration is equal to 4 mol%. Though the Raman spectra analysis and infrared spectra, it can be concluded that it is the H-O-H and TeO4 concentration and the portion of ionic bond of Nb2O5 that influences the ZnO-Nb2O5-TeO2 glass properties. This paper provides feasible approaches for study on rare-metal doped tellurite glasses.
