影响高龄男性血清甲状旁腺素的独立相关因素 被引量:13

摘要 随着我国人口老龄化程度的加重,高龄(≥80岁)男性越来越多。临床常发现高龄男性血清甲状旁腺素(parathyroid hormone,PTH)增高,但经B超和CT等检查未发现有功能亢进的甲状旁腺病灶。人体内源性PTH在甲状旁腺主细胞内质网中合成,是84个氨基酸残基组成的多肽,是体内调节血钙磷水平的主要激素之一,其持续升高可促进骨吸收,导致骨质疏松。
