摘要
目的观察感觉统合训练对小儿脑瘫患者智力康复的应用效果。方法选取我院2010-02—2013-04收治的96例脑瘫患儿,按照随机数字表法随机分为治疗组与对照组各48例,2组患儿均常规给予药物治疗、运动疗法等,治疗组在此基础上加用感觉统合训练,治疗6个月后比较2组患儿智力康复效果。结果 2组患儿治疗前IQ、DQ值比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗6个月后均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),但同期比较治疗组改善更加明显(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.024,P=0.037)。结论感觉统合训练可有效促进小儿脑瘫患者智力水平提高,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application value of sensory integration training on the intelligence rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.Methods 96 children with cerebral palsy treated in our hospital from February 2010 to April 2013 were randomly divided into the control group (n=48 ,treated with conventional drug and exercise therapy ) and treatment group (n=48 ,treated with conventional drug and exercise therapy plus sensory integration training ). The intelligence rehabili-tation effect of two groups after treatment for 6 months was compared.Results IQ and DQ value of two groups before treat-ment had no evident difference ,but improved 6 months after treatment ,especially in the treatment group. The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group (χ2 = 8.024 ,P= 0.037 ) , which had statistical signifi-cance.Conclusion Sensory integration training can evidently improve the intelligence level of children with cerebral palsy , which is worthy of clinical application.
