摘要
推进"三化"协调发展是一项复杂的系统工程,必须打破传统模式,把自主创新体系建设与"三化"协调发展结合起来,通过自主创新体系建设推动产业结构不断优化和升级,促进新型工业化稳步推进;以科技创新推动城镇化转型发展;以科技创新突破制约农业发展的瓶颈,引领支撑新型农业现代化建设。
To promote the coordinated development of the “three modernizations”is a complex systematic project and the traditional mode must be broken off.The construction of independently innovative system must be combined with the coordinated development of the “three modernizations”.The industrial structure optimization and upgra-ding should be pushed forward through the way of constructing independent innovative system so as to steadily ac-celerate new industrialization.The urbanizing transformation should be carried out by scientific and technological innovation.The bottleneck of restricting agricultural development must be broken through by the way of scientific and technological innovation to agricultural modernization leading support model.
