肝细胞生长因子与心肌纤维化的相关性研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 心肌纤维化是各种慢性心血管疾病的核心病理改变。肝细胞生长因子以其强大的促细胞增殖和抑制细胞凋亡作用,可以延缓甚或逆转心肌纤维化进程,因此受到心血管疾病研究者广泛的关注。现对近年来肝细胞生长因子与心肌纤维化的相关研究进展进行综述。
