摘要
提出了新型的滑轮机器人焊接制造技术,介绍了滑轮异种钢机器人焊接工艺,重点解决了异种金属焊接工艺复杂、低合金高强钢焊接裂纹倾向严重、机器人打底焊易产生未熔合缺陷、填充焊时焊缝成形质量不良等诸多焊接技术难点和要点。采用此套机器人焊接工艺进行滑轮制造,焊接质量稳定,制造生产成本降低,产生了明显的经济效益。
The paper puts forward a new-type pulley robot welding technology,and introduces the welding process of the pulley dissimilar steel robot,focusing on solutions for welding technology difficulties and key points including complicated welding process of dissimilar metals,severe welding crack tendency of low-alloy high-strength steel,incomplete fusion defect of robot backing weld,inferior shaping quality in filling weld. The pulley is fabricated with the mentioned robot welding process,indicating stable welding quality,low production cost,and significant economic benefit.
