摘要
以单瓣黄刺玫(R.xanthina var.normalis)、苦水玫瑰(R.sertata×rugosa)及刺玫蔷薇(R.davurica Pall.)插穗为研究对象,采用秋季温室扦插的方法,研究不同浓度(50、100、150 mg/L)的IBA(吲哚丁酸)激素在不同处理时间(0、30、60、90 min)下对扦插生根的影响。结果表明:(1)单瓣黄刺玫和刺玫蔷薇扦插生根的最适处理条件为IBA浓度100μg/m L、处理时间60 min;(2)苦水玫瑰扦插生根的最适处理条件为IBA浓度150μg/m L、处理时间60 min。
R. xanthina var. Normalis, R. sertata×rugosa and R. davurica Pall.were used to research the effects of different concentrations ( 50, 100, 150 mg/L ) of IBA and processing times (0, 30, 60, 90 min) on cutting rooting under the greenhouse.The results showed that:(1) The best treatment of cutting rooting of R. xanthina var. normalis and R. davurica Pall.was 100 μg/mL for the concentration of IBA and the time for 60 min;(2) The suitabletreatment of cutting rooting of R. sertata×rugosa was 150 μg/mL for the concentration of IBA and the time for 60 min.
