摘要
大量工程实践证明,温缩型裂缝对桥面铺装层的承载能力和路用性能产生了重大的影响,因此,有必要对桥面铺装层的温度应力进行研究。本文以与实测结果符合良好的桥面铺装层温度场数值计算结果为基础,利用ABAQUS有限元软件对桥面铺装层的力学响应进行了计算,分析了铺装层温度应力的日变化规律、分布特征及其影响因素。结果表明,极限温度应力出现在铺装层表面处;降温幅度对铺装层内温度应力的影响十分明显;在进行桥面铺装层设计时,应考虑其厚度、材料的膨胀系数和弹性模量。
Much engineering practice shows that temperature shrinkage cracks have great impact on the bearing capacity and road performance of bridge deck pavement.Therefore,it is necessary to study the temperature stress on the deck pavement.Based on the temperature field numerical results of bridge deck pavement that it is in well agreement with the measured results,this paper calculates the mechanics response of bridge deck pavement using ABAQUS finite element software and analyze the diurnal variation,distribution characteristics and influencing factors of pavement temperature stress.The results show that the limit temperature stress occurs on the pavement surface,effect of cooling rate on pavement temperature stress is very obvious and we should consider its thickness,the expansion coefficient and elastic modulus of material in bridge deck pavement design.
